What does Seagon AG do?
Seagon is an independent Swiss real-estate boutique based in Zug. We acquire, develop and manage residential, commercial and mixed-use properties across German-speaking Switzerland — as a long-term owner with our own capital at risk, not a short-term trader.
What kind of properties does Seagon invest in?
We invest in income properties in established Swiss locations: residential schemes, commercial and office buildings, and mixed-use assets. Typical ticket size is between CHF 5 and 40 million, with an investment horizon of more than ten years.
Which regions is Seagon active in?
Our focus is German-speaking Switzerland — particularly Zug, Zurich, Lucerne, Basel and Winterthur. We deliberately concentrate on locations with durable demand that we know first-hand.
How is Seagon different from a traditional real-estate fund?
We stay small, independent and invest with our own capital. Instead of aiming for a quick exit, we hold properties across cycles and create value through development, repositioning and careful management. That aligns our interests with those of our partners.
Can I offer Seagon a property or a stake?
Yes. We acquire most of our assets off-market through an established network. If you would like to sell a property or offer a stake, we assess opportunities discreetly and decide quickly — a first conversation is non-binding and confidential.
How sustainably does Seagon build and manage?
For us, preserving value also means climate responsibility. We develop and refurbish to high energy standards (e.g. Minergie) and keep buildings fit — technically and architecturally — for the next generation, protecting tenants, location and capital alike.
