Mixed-Use Erlenmatt

In the Erlenmatt district we developed a block that deliberately does not separate living and working. Ground-floor commerce activates the street, with homes of varying sizes above, linked by a publicly accessible passage.

The result is a lively place used at every hour of the day — and a tenant mix that sustains itself.
